SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Credit card orders will not be charged to your account until your order is shipped. Orders may be shipped by USPS or UPS. Please allow up to seven days for standard delivery. Expedited delivery is available at an extra charge (contact us for details).

RATES

Small, lightweight orders, including all spare/replacement remotes, are shipped for a flat rate shipping charge of $5.95 for the first item, plus $1.00 for each additional item. Shipping charges on larger items are based on the total weight of your order. The actual shipping charge will be calculated at the time of checkout.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, a product shown as "in stock" may be “sold out”, on back-order from the manufacturer, or otherwise unavailable. While we try hard to avoid this, when it does happen, we will contact you within 24-48 hours, to notify you of the situation, and to inform you of the estimated arrival date of your product, or available options. If the fulfillment of your order will be delayed, you will have the option of continuing or canceling the order with us.
