Return Policy

14-DAY LIMITED RETURN POLICY

If you receive a defective or non-working item, we will arrange for repair and/or replacement of the item. Contact us as soon as possible for further instructions on how to return the defective item for replacement or repair.

Non-defective items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Custom and special order products are specifically excluded and may not be returned. Only non-special order products, undamaged and in the unopened, original packaging, may be returned for refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 15-25% may apply.

In all cases, you must contact our customer support department prior to sending the item back to us to receive a Return Authorization Number, and complete details and instructions. Returned items will not be accepted without a previously-issued RA#.

GitRDone-Remotes.com cannot accept the return of opened products, or any custom or special order products, for refund.
